Account Deletion
This English text is a translation provided for convenience. Where the Turkish version differs, the Turkish version prevails for users in Türkiye.
1. Delete in the app
Sign in to the TestMakerPro app or website and go to Profile › “Hesabımı sil” (Delete my account) at the bottom. Once you confirm, your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
2. If you cannot access the app
Send an e-mail with the subject “Delete my account” to hasan@pingel.dev from your account's e-mail address. After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days and let you know.
3. Data that is deleted
- Your sign-in account (e-mail and password) and profile
- Your tests, classes and student lists, question banks and questions
- Online and optical results of your tests, share codes
4. Data that is kept
- Classes and joint exam records shared with your school: they belong to the school and stay there
- Payment requests: financial records kept for the statutory retention period
- If you are a school administrator, the role must be transferred before your account can be deleted
Retained records are deleted or anonymised when the period ends.
